Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unrefrigerated and frozen products using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to strict cold chain protocols (-20°F to 40°F environments)
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized storage zones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Alaska residency preferred (relocation assistance available)
