Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed loading documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
