Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect and verify inventory accuracy with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA and company safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and safety awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Document daily operations and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Support inventory control initiatives and cycle count activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/loading experience or equivalent training
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality required
- Preferred experience with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical assessment
