Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized inventory storage and efficient warehouse flow
- Operate material handling equipment (certification training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete paperwork and digital inventory tracking systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to the 123 Market Street location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Background check and drug screening required
