Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect incoming/outgoing freight for damage and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory systems and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Complete paperwork and documentation for inventory control
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
