Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual methods
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse storage systems
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Complete paperwork and digital tracking for inventory control
- Participate in regular warehouse safety meetings and drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
