Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks and containers using proper equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling machinery
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (required)
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
