Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Package and prepare products for shipping according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a good work history.
- Basic math and reading skills for accurately reading labels and documents.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
