Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage documentation
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse racking systems
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided) per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Perform routine equipment safety checks and maintenance reports
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
