Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring items are secure and damage-free.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and storage areas.
- Verify inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
