Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against packing slips and shipping documents.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Space Management: Organize stock in designated areas to maximize warehouse efficiency and accessibility.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and sorting inventory.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
