Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in a safe, timely, and organized manner.
- Sort, stage, and organize inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Adhere to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and following instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
