Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect freight for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Sort and organize stock according to established inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to all OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
