Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
