Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies).
- Organize, stack, and inventory products to ensure warehouse accuracy and safety.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners to track inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Perform cycle counts and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience with forklift operation or warehouse logistics is a plus but not required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
