Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks and onto warehouse shelves/pallets using proper lifting techniques
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing certification training
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory using our digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying order accuracy
- Participate in regular team meetings to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary—training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for equipment certification)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
