Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight shipments using manual equipment and machinery
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones with precision
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools (training provided)
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Assist in inventory counts and documentation processes
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment)
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and company procedures
- Reliable transportation to our Santa Ana facility
