Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
