Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using manual equipment and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize and sort inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment targets
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, hand trucks) after certification
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Miami, FL worksite
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
