Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect inventory for accuracy and damage
- Organize warehouse stock in designated zones
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification
