Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is handled with care and placed in designated storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices to ensure accuracy and document any discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and training guidelines.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and warehouse regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but paid training is provided for qualified candidates.
- Safety Focus: Strong commitment to workplace safety and following all safety regulations.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
