Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
