Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently using manual and powered equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete required documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in ongoing skills development and safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Henderson Industrial Park
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
