Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stage merchandise in designated areas to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
- Package goods securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/outdoor areas).
