Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect goods for damage and verify inventory accuracy against shipping manifests
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with proper certification
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
