Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments in our digital tracking system
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic digital literacy for inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
