Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments with digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Support inventory management through barcode scanning and data entry
- Adapt to flexible schedules including weekend shifts as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- High school diploma or equivalent required
