Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments with precision using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory coordination
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly remote inventory audits via video conferencing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting tasks
- Strong communication skills for hybrid team interactions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or commitment to complete
- Reliable transportation to Irvine facility
- Experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) a plus
