Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment with OSHA-compliant practices
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for coordination
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Participate in cross-functional logistics projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to Bakersfield facility
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Experience with WMS software preferred
