Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy through RF scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital inventory platforms
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing merchandise
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with hybrid remote support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills for remote team coordination
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
