Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory updates
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time order tracking
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with digital tools (tablets, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
