Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Verify inventory counts and document discrepancies in our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
