Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untractors and pallets using manual and powered equipment
- Verify product quantities and documentation against shipping manifests
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in remote training sessions for equipment and process updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
- Flexible availability including weekends and holiday seasons
