Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using proper equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to company policies and OSHA safety standards
- Support inventory management through cycle counting and documentation
- Participate in remote onboarding and digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends as needed
