Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing slips and shipping documents
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and safety compliance protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license (forklift operation a plus)
