Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in monthly safety compliance audits
- Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- Uphend 5S workplace organization principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
