Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure proper packaging of goods
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and safety inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
