Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed shipping/receiving records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading schedules and dock efficiency
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Support inventory management cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
