Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete documentation and reports using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to shift-based schedule (flexible shifts available)
