Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Organize and stage products for efficient order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including palletizers and shrink-wrappers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
