Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips to ensure zero errors.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor and ensure products are stored according to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage during transit and report any issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A solid work history and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider equivalent experience).
