Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Scan and organize inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas according to OSHA standards
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Follow proper stacking and securing procedures to prevent damage
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to/from the Industrial Park Blvd location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied temperatures
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred but not required
