Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize inventory management systems for tracking and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Toledo Industrial Park location
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexible availability including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required
