As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain, ensuring that goods are handled with care and efficiency. We offer on-the-job training for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual labor.
- Inventory Management: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and label merchandise according to established protocols and storage locations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and hand trucks (training provided).
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to stock movements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
