Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA guidelines
- Support inventory counts and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (evenings/weekends as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and drug screening
