- Efficiently load/untract shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual methods
- Verify inventory accuracy with scanning systems and paperwork
- Maintain organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Meet daily productivity targets with precision
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent movement
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
