Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory in our Milwaukee warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Verify shipment accuracy and maintain detailed inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
