Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing slips and manifests
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document all warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to all company safety policies and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
