Responsibilities
- Unload inbound shipments and verify inventory against packing lists
- Load outgoing trucks using proper stacking techniques for safe transport
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
