Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records via handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely shipments
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or loading experience
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to 1400 Commerce Rd, Richmond, VA 23224
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am)
- Pass background check and drug screening
